Trelis now builds models, not services

Trelis has shifted focus away from services engagements to concentrate fully on our own model and API offerings: Trelis Tiron for state-of-the-art multi-speaker transcription and Trelis Tara for frontier Hindi transcription, both available through the Trelis API and as open weights.
